ABOUT KYLE
Kyle was raised in Anderson County, South Carolina, by two parents who served in the Marine Corps and a grandmother who worked in the mill in Oconee County. Growing up, Kyle’s father served the local community as a public school teacher, and his mother served the community as a prosecutor. His upbringing taught him the values of hard work, public service, and education.
Kyle put those skills to work in high school, where he worked on a farm and bussed tables in a local restaurant. Kyle is proud that he has been gainfully employed ever since he was legally able to apply for a job at the age of 14. While in high school at TL Hanna, Kyle was a state finalist for wrestling. Kyle went on to attend Clemson University, where he was a member of the Club Wrestling team. He graduated from Clemson in 2006 with a degree in marketing.
Kyle discovered his passion in life was serving people, which led him to attend law school at the Mississippi College School of Law, where he graduated in 2010. While in law school, Kyle learned just how powerful the government is and how people need representation. This mentality drives him to fight for his clients in courts throughout the state.
Kyle is currently a lawyer at the White, Davis, and White Law Firm in Anderson, South Carolina, where he strives to protect the rights of everyday Americans. He frequently fights the government for his clients by suing governmental entities for violating constitutional rights. He is known for taking cases to trial, when necessary, in a world where almost no other lawyers fight for individual clients in civil trials. Kyle stands ready to fight for clients and citizens who have been victims of false arrests or malicious prosecutions, including political prosecutions carried out by overreaching politicians using the legal system to attack political opponents. Kyle has been honored for his successes as a trial lawyer in Best Lawyers of America, Super Lawyers, and Greenville Business Magazine’s Best Lawyers list. Kyle is called upon frequently to teach lawyers from around the state at continuing legal education courses.
In the community, Kyle has volunteered as a YMCA youth soccer coach for years, coaching many of the youth of Anderson County in U8 and U6 soccer. Kyle is also a member of the Anderson County Bar Association, the National Rifle Association (NRA), IPTAY, Central Presbyterian Church of Anderson, the Greenville Bar Association, and the South Carolina Association for Justice. Every year, Kyle and his law firm support various local schools' booster clubs and PTOs with donations and sponsorships.
Kyle lives in Anderson with his wife of 13 years, Ashlea; son, Maxwell; daughter, Sofie; and their two dogs, Jagger and Stone.
When not working or coaching, Kyle enjoys watching his kids play sports, attending church, watching Clemson sports, fishing, hunting, and shooting with his kids.
